Here is a short YouTube commentary I recorded yesterday, sharing thoughts on a conversation on the ECB & Euro I had with a contact in Belgium. Additionally, as emerging countries offer strong growth prospects for the future, how are we positioning ourselves to take advantage of that growth?

Hey Tek. Yea the stuff going on now definitely bothers me a bunch. When I first learned of this stuff, I became depressed for like a month or two. However, I got myself out of that mentality, and started to prepare for the coming collapse. I’ve thought about expatriating, and honestly, Im scared to do it. It would be easy for me to do it, as Im single, no kids. However, doing so would stop my stacking, I dont know how to take my guns with me, and I’d be leaving my family (who is unprepared themselves -they dont listen or want to hear me) behind.
So I’ve decided to keep working (poker dealer), stack silver, and have started to build my skills (since pitching cards isnt very practical) with self defense, gun training, auto classes, gardening techniques, anything practical that may be useful in a collapse, with the thinking “if it doesnt get THAT bad, I still can use the skills I learn”
So that’s how I cope with it. Expatriating is still on the table, but moving to another country by myself without knowing anyone or the culture seems like a bad idea. I do plan on making a trip to Chile and the Philippines to get a feel for living there. However PHIL may be too connected to the west in my view.. what do you think?

I live near Downtown LA and must admit what’s coming is pretty scary. 100/1 reserve lending! As you said the craziest script from Hollywood could not beat this stuff. When terrible inflation hits and the SNAP cards quit working, large urban centers in the states are going to be pretty scary. At least I have an orange tree :)
